On-Site Support

GTS technicians arrange to go on-site to our Phoenix area clients to perform both scheduled and emergency service work.  Schedules can be set for any period for normal maintenance.  Many clients arrange for us to come weekly on a set day and time to perform normal maintenance.

GTS technicians utilize an automated Service Order (SO) system to schedule and document their on-site work.  This SO document provides the technician with a written description of the problems to be solved or the work to be performed.  The technician will complete the SO with a description of what was done and the time charged for the work.  The SO is signed by the client and a copy is left with the client.  A complete time detail report is generated at the end of each month and mailed to the client with an invoice.  The report will contain all SO information for the month as well as a description of all remote assistance work performed for the client without a SO.

Remote Assistance

In order to support our customers faster and more economical, GTS utilizes a product named Team Viewer.  With this product GTS can remotely support our clients almost as if we were in the client's office.

Team Viewer allows our technicians to securely access the desktop or a remote, server, PC or laptop.  Once connected our technicians can assist the client just as if the technician was sitting at the server console or PC / Laptop keyboard.

Team Viewer is totally secured and allows the client to only authorize usage when needed. Team Viewer can be installed so that each time Team Viewer starts on a clients desktop, a unique ID number and authorization code are assigned to that session.  The connecting PC must have the correct ID number and authorization code (password) before Team Viewer will allow connections between PC's.

Backup Services

GTS can assist our client with backup services, including web based off site backup.  GTS is a reseller of Online Backup Service.  

GTS also provides pickup, delivery and storage of backup medial for local clients in the Phoenix metro area.  Media such as tapes and removable hard drives are stored in a fireproof vault.
