Happy New Year!!! Everyone at GTS is looking forward to another successful year for us as we continued to grow our staff, our product offerings, and our knowledge of many new technologies.

As mentioned in the previous GTS Newsletter, we intend this newsletter as a means to inform our clients and others about technology issues that we all face in business and at home. We will continue to include articles to emphasize Internet and Network Security. There are many ways our computer equipment and networks can be compromised, and these intrusions can adversely affect our business and personal data. Many of the solutions to these problems are fairly simple and often are inexpensive to implement. People just need to know what the solutions are and how to properly implement them. We want to share with our readers our knowledge about these problems and their solutions.

In this issue you will find articles dealing with technology that you may want to consider for your business (Exchange Server), how to use technology with your music collection, tools that may be used for system documentation and training (Jing), a discussion of SPAM and how to avoid it, helpful information on computer maintenance, and many other interesting articles.

In future issues of the GTS Newsletter we will be including articles on "Smart Phones", "Office 2007" and what we should expect as we migrate to that version, "Windows Vista" and what to expect from it, new web site development tools, and many other technology features.
