Are You Ready For Microsoft Exchange |

Many of our customers utilize our hosting services for a small monthly fee. This hosting fee includes providing several email accounts.
For companies that want more out of their messaging system, Microsoft Exchange could be the answer. Some of the features include:
Rich scheduling features, including personal, group, and resource scheduling, which integrate with email, contacts, and tasks. Basic POP3 and IMAP4 systems do not come with scheduling capabilities.
Users can share calendar information with others, enabling many users to view multiple calendars simultaneously.
Outlook clients share their trusted and blocked sender lists to Exchange Server for server-side filtering. Plus, with Exchange Intelligent Message Filter, spam is filtered at the server before it can reach the clients mailboxes.
Outlook Web Access allows access to your information from anywhere.
These deep features do come at a cost. Hardware, Software, and Maintenance costs can scare some small companies away from Exchange. If your company relies heavily on sharing calendars, contacts, and meeting requests, then Microsoft Exchange may be a good fit for your company. Increased productivity may justify some of the expense of having your own mail server. On the other hand, if your company just needs email, then one of Gartman's inexpensive hosting packages would be best. To find out if Microsoft Exchange is right for you, contact a Gartman representative.
